This site is a static information page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and contains no forms — it collects no personal data about you. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own infrastructure; nothing is loaded from third-party services.
Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, UK/EU infrastructure) keeps standard, short-lived server logs — IP address, request time and page requested — used solely for security and operational monitoring.
If you email us or book a walkthrough, we will hold your name, contact details and correspondence for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry, on the lawful basis of our legitimate interest in responding to it. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose, do not share it with third parties except our email and scheduling providers, and never use it for marketing without asking you first.
The ChamberSync application itself (used by subscribing chambers) is governed by separate contractual and data-processing terms agreed with each chambers — not by this notice.
